Set in the heart of Caithness, this exclusive evening brings together the very best of our local food and drink community. Award-winning producers, skilled chefs and passionate artisans collaborate to create a memorable dining experience that showcases the richness of our land and sea. Each thoughtfully crafted course highlights seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, from expertly reared lamb and beef to the freshest produce, all prepared with care and respect for provenance.

More than just a meal, the Champions’ Dinner is an opportunity to connect with the people behind the food. Throughout the evening, guests will have the chance to meet the farmers and producers whose dedication and craftsmanship underpin Caithness’s thriving food culture. Set against a backdrop of true Highland hospitality, the atmosphere is one of warmth, conversation and shared enjoyment.

Champions’ Dinner with Wine Pairing
Enhance your dining experience with a carefully curated wine pairing, selected to complement each course of the menu. The optional wine pairing has been thoughtfully chosen to elevate the flavours on the plate, offering a harmonious balance between food and wine throughout the evening.
