All Caithness Summer Fruits Preserves are made in small batches. Their jams, marmalades and chutneys use only the best quality ingredients, with most berries being
grown on Berry Croft.
A variety of berries are grown atBerry Croft, the home of Caithness Summer Fruits. Berries are such an integral part of their family. Trisha is even known as Granny Berry – and the grandchildren are the grand-berries!
The berries grown are either sold as fresh berries or are used in jams, and when they are unable to grow enough berries, buy-in from other local growers in the Scottish Highlands. They also buy in produce from the same local growers for all the traditional chutneys they make and source citrus fruits from local suppliers.
They also use traditional family baking recipes, especially on the run up to Christmas and Hogmanay with Christmas puddings and Currant Buns.
