Welcome to the Castletown Hotel, Caithness, Near Thurso. The Castletown Hotel was formerly the St Clair Arms Hotel Caithness which was bought in June 2007 by Andrew and Sandy Mackay, two local brothers.
Nestled in the curve of Dunnet Bay, within the picturesque fishing village of Castletown, our family-run hotel is perfect for exploring Caithness, offering quality, affordable accommodation with free Wi-Fi and parking. It is central to explore the fabulous landscape and wildlife Caithness has to offer, and is just minutes from the Castle of Mey. There is even a chance to witness a wide selection of wildlife on the crossings of the Orkney ferries. Upon request it is also possible to book your stay in the Paul McCartney honeymoon suite.
