Inspired by the surrounding landscape and the heritage of the old manse, Eddrachilles Hotel in-house award-winning restaurant - the Glebe Kitchen serves refined Highland dishes in a relaxed setting. Having recently been awarded an AA Rosette, seasonal menus are crafted with fresh local ingredients and classical techniques, prepared in the former manse kitchen and dairy room.

We offer three sittings—6pm, 7pm, and 8pm—to ensure every dish is freshly prepared in our small kitchen. Guests are kindly asked to arrive on time so we can maintain the calm, focused service that defines dining at Eddrachilles.

Seasonal Fixed-Price Menu

Each evening features a two- or three-course menu with homemade bread, coffee, and fudge included. Choose from starters, six main courses (including meat, seafood, vegetarian, and Scotch Beef steak), and desserts such as a Highland cheese plate.

Our aim is simple: balanced, seasonal dishes served in a relaxed, refined setting.
