Lindsey Gallacher is an award-winning Scottish jeweller and artist based in Thurso, Caithness. Celebrating over 25 years in the craft, Lindsey creates bespoke, handcrafted jewellery using Caithness stone, beach pebbles, and precious metals. Her work challenges the perception of what a “precious stone” can be, blending natural materials with elegant design.

Lindsey is also an experienced artist, working in a variety of mediums, including wire drawings, scratchboard art, sculpture, collage, and photography. Lindsey’s art has been featured in exhibitions and competitions, including the Sky Portrait Artist of the Year series.

From her first floor studio on Traill Street, Lindsey’s studio includes a beautiful gallery space featuring a curated selection of locally produced items from independent makers, and visitors can see Lindsey creating new artwork and jewellery in the workshop.

Accessibility

Lindsay’s studio is on the 1st floor of the building and there is no lift available, unfortunately making it inaccessible to wheelchair users.
