Taste North is coming Sunday 3rd November! Find out more
Like much of the North coast there are many sheltered, sandy beaches and looking out to sea, are the Rabbit Islands, which is where ,it is said, a ship called The Hazard, carrying provisions and gold for Bonnie Prince Charlie, met it's end.
Lochs Loyal and Naver are good brown trout fishing, and sea anglers can be often seen fishing off the rocks at Talmine.
