As part of the 2026 John O’Groats Book Festival, Jennifer Morag Henderson will give us an insight into her latest book, Jofrid Gunn, a biography in poetry.

Many of the poems read like passages of prayer, quiet and incantory yet powerful and emotive. Jennifer will take us on a sweeping story of a woman who came from the Faroe Islands in the 16th century to marry into the Clan Gunn.
