Clach Mara Sauna is a mobile, wood-fired sauna in Caithness, offering a unique wellness experience in wild and beautiful coastal settings.

Inspired by Finnish tradition, our hand-crafted sauna blends heat, stone, and sea to create the perfect space to connect with nature, unwind, and recharge. Whether you’re a local or visiting the far North, you’ll discover the rejuvenating benefits of heat therapy in a truly memorable way.

The sauna seats 6–8 people comfortably and can be booked for communal sessions or privately — perfect for a couple, family, or group of friends. Families are welcome, and children under 16 may join with a private booking.

We’re most often found at Thurso Beach Esplanade and Castletown Beach, with occasional pop-ups at other scenic locations. New dates and venues are announced monthly via our website and socials.
