Ice and Fire Distillery, Caithness

Ice and Fire Distillery are artisan producers of Gin, Rum and Vodka and are also independent bottlers of single malt Scotch Whisky. Using ingredients from the Strath of Latheronwheel, our signature gin Crofters Tears contains purple heather flowers, Caithness gin contains salmonberries and Caithness Raiders Rum contains gorse flowers and honey from our own bees.
