The 13th century Dornoch Cathedral, being one of the smallest in the UK, is also well worth a visit. Nearby attractions include the magnificent Dunrobin Castle and famous Whisky Distilleries Glenmorangie, Balblair, Clynelish and the re-commissioned Brora Distillery.

The wonderful coastal and mountain scenery provide the setting for numerous outdoor adventures, from salmon fishing and Deer Stalking, to hiking, biking and wildlife trips.
