Thurso Soap Box Grand Prix

The ROTARY CLUB OF THURSO invites budding engineers and willing participants of ages 8 to 88, to participate in the THURSO SOAP-BOX GRAND PRIX, at 1.00pm on 23rd September 2023. We invite you to design and construct the most attractive and entertaining free-rolling soap-box kart you can. Beginners and all standards of manufacture are welcome, because the main idea of the event is for people to enjoy building their kart and to have a fun afternoon of competition. In order that we may gauge numbers, entry to the event will be strictly by pre-registration only.
