Currently the guidance for the whole of mainland Scotland is to stay at home as much as possible unless for essential reasons:
- wear a face covering
- avoid crowded places
- clean hands and surfaces regularly
- keep 2 metre social distancing outdoors and in shops (only essential shops are currently open)
- self-isolate and book a test if you have COVID-19 symptoms (new continuous cough, fever or loss of, or change in, sense of smell or taste)
The Highlands are currently under COVID Protection Level 4 for the foreseeable future until new Government guidance is issued:
If you are intending to travel from an area outwith the Highlands of Scotland please take into account the travel recommendations for the Highlands and for your own local area before embarking on your trip.
Take care and stay safe.
