John Muir Trust is delighted to present this series of online talks in partnership with Vertebrate Publishing where they will welcome three excellent writers to talk about their new books, each of which focuses on a different aspect of ongoing changes to our wild places.

John O'Groats Book Festival
The John O'Groats Book Festival is a popular annual event celebrating writers and hosted at the very north of Scotland. With a packed programme of events featuring author's talks, presentations, school engagements and much more. The 2021 festival was hosted online due to COVID restrictions and news about the 2022 festival will be incoming soon.

Northern Stories Festival 2022
The Northern Stories Festival 2022 is a special one-off festival to celebrate Scotland's Year of Stories 2022 with a special focus on stories from the Far North of Scotland. There will be authors and storytellers from the Highlands, Scandinavia and Canada all sharing their experiences and works, with a theme of travel and nature at the festival's heart.
